That droop usually means roots to me. Wet or too much food/lockout. Not a pro at this btw.
The droop isn’t that bad buds seem to be doing well it’s only my second grow maybe it’s nothing. I think it’s bad soil I ran out of perlite when transplanting before light flip to 12/12.Droop usually means roots to me, either too wet or other problems. It looks good honestly. Is it much droopier than usual?
Check these out for future reference. Cold can make them do that or humidity out of whack as well. Check out VPD chart.

Show them peppers! Not trying to hijack just need to see the peppers. Mod's plant looks pretty good to me.I don't even know with soil, it seems the easiest if everything is ok. I have some pepper plants in a good peat/pearlite/bark mix and I bottom water that stuff. I check to see if the top has detectible moisture, if not I fill the drip tray with my nute mix, about 1000ml for a 3 gal pot. It sucks it up in 1/2 hr or so. If any is left after a hour I drain it. The plants are 8 months old now and the peppers are nice to cook with.
