Curling leaves like a V

you need to look at the color of the leaves. if they curl up and turn darker that is signs of phosphorus defieciency. get you some commercial phosphate. And you should know were your soil is regarding ph. if you don't get ph right your plant will have a hard time absorbing the nutrients it needs. check your soil and adjust with your waterings. to raise ph of your water use baking soda, potassium hydroxide, or sodium hydroxide. to lower ph use vinegar, phosphoric, nitric, or sulfuric acid. little at a time to adjust until you get the feel. if you were too close to the lights you would burn leaves. good luck and be sure to rotate your plants and give the sides light also.

The light is probably 7 inches away. I will move the lights away more then if you all think it could be heat burn. How far away should the light be? 600W cool tubed light in a 4x4x5 box. Temps are 70-85 max. right now its 78.

Also I have the PH balance kit to adjust the waters ph. The first watering the ph was at 8.5 so it got a high ph for the first watering but then I have been adjusting. Is it still hurting from the first watering maybe?

NO burn if you are running a water cooled system. my plants are inches from my light and sometimes the tips are touching the light cyclinder (When I wait too long to raise light)
