Hey thanks for the response, never started to flower but the light was too close to them but I fixed that. Could the lights being too close impact it?

Using a 400w dimmed 50% isn't a good idea the bulb needs to be running at its full power rating to produce its full light spectrum you will loose a lot of blue light which is vital for veg, dimm the ballast but use a lamp to suit or just run you 400 at full power, I had twisted growth like this before it was down to a lack of boron your plants are quite established now so I would give them full dose of nutes as your growing in an inert medium and all it's getting is what your putting in the plant overall doesn't look happy deep ridges between veins on some leaves another trait of a lack of boron lower leaves seem to be yellowing and dieing off other leaves look like there curling a bit as we'll. Are you supposed to use bloom and grow together seems odd your doing this usually you use grow for veg and bloom for flowering I've never used flora but you might want to check. I solved my problem by flushing them with fresh water left them for a few days to dry out a bit then gave them full dose of nutes everything went back to normal after a week bear in mind I was using soil.
