Cutting down flowering hours to reduce stretch?

Strong fan and vents or cooltubes.
This way the light can be closer cutting stretch while sexing. This is the only way I know. Outside of keeping them compact during veg.

Day Light Integral is the amount of photosynthetic active radiation that is measured over a particular area per day. DLI is usual listed as moles per meter square per day.
Depending on geographical location, weather conditions, the time of day, and season DLI can be as high as 60 outside and within greenhouses around 30.

When flowering is desired. For long day / short night plants a higher DLI reading is needed for a bigger harvest. However the opposite is true for short day / long night plants like cannabis.
