Dude needs to come to terms with some simple facts. He claims not to "care" what anyone says or thinks yet spews his usually false opinion with the desire of being heard. Like a child throwing a tantrum just for the attention.

Stress can force a plant to self pollinate. Be it light stress, physical stress, or environmental stress... Dark period interruptions, excessive defoliation, or extreme heat can all cause the same issue. It does not follow then that heat, or light, will cause herms. It takes an improper presence of these things that causes the problem.
Defoliating does not cause hermaphrodism. Excessive defoliation, during flowering, could cause a stress reaction that could activate dormant selfing genetics.
As with all things there is a middle road. Never remove more than 1/2 of the plant's leaf mass. I prefer defoliating every 4 days during veg to "harden" the plant. I stop defoliation after the 10th day of flowering. I know some people defoliate prior to flushing too which they claim increases bud mass at the end.
this plants been tooped and trimmed and grows under 1 300 watt cfl and is going to yeild over 2 zips..is trimming bad !????
