Cutting stage

What's up yall newb here needing song input if possible. I have recently germinated two unknown seeds as an experiment being that I have 15 autos germinating and ready to enter cutting stage. I wanted to see if the paper towel method worked and of course it did. So now I have 2 little cuttings I'm playing with and one of them looks like it's wilting a bit. One of the leaves is drooping and it looks like a little brown spot on both leaves. The other cutting just germinated and is completely green. I just need some advice on the cutting stage after germination for now. I have a t5 hung about 3 feet above to provide light. Is that too far or too close ? Temp is 74 with humidity at 54 percent.....I am using presoaked Rockwood with pH water and thrive alive b1 from technaflora per their instructions....I posted some pics any input is appreciated to help me keep these girls alive. I don't want to mess the autos up which is why I did this experiment first.....
