Trust me pal, that pathetic plant has not made anything even! I suggest that you drop that dealer, buy some good seeds or clone it and start over. If you're going to take the risk and spend the time to grow, there's no point doing it half heartedly.
Now if you want help, you need to post the setup that you have (it currently looks like it on a windowsill however) or the setup that you plan to have. Then, maybe we can help a little more.
