Damage Control!Need advice ASAP please!!!

Ok, my plant is 6 weeks into flowering in soil, getting close to harvest. Well 4 days ago I watered her. I mixed everything and went to pH and my dumb bluelab pH pen was not working properly (after having it for 1 week! LOL). I had molasses added to my mix already, and only a dropper kit to pH with as a backup. Long story short, I know my pH was lower than 6.5 (probably around 6, hell maybe lower), but I had to wing it because I could hardly tell the color for pH (stupid mistake not waiting, lesson learned :-? ). Either way, I stupidly didn't add enough pH up, and thought what I did would be enough, and I watered with a low pH solution. The very next day all my fan leaves started to yellow, so I know it was the feeding because prior to everything was dandy. Now 4 days later all my leaves are starting to yellow bad, except the leaves forming trichomes, and even a couple of those are starting. It is going to be another week before my new pH pen arrives, however, the drops will suffice as I won't use molasses next time. I'm at about 10% brown pistols, and I'm probably no more than 2 weeks from harvest at this point.

QUESTION: Should I flush with higher pH water now to fix the low pH, or wait till it's the regular time for watering? I'm in about a 2 gallon pot of soil, and it retains water like a mofo. The surface is still damp, and I usually wouldn't water for another 3-4 days ( again it's been 4 days since I watered). I am afraid if I don't ph flush now the whole damned plant will go yellow as it is spreading FAST, but on the other hand, I'm afraid if I water while it's still pretty well soaked I will get root rot and screw my first harvest that I'm so damn close to.

First grow, and it's been the grow from hell, but i've made it this far and I don't want to lose her being so close to harvest, and after all the shit I've made it through already. Any advice on my predicament is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

If it is the nutes you should flush it out. It will only get worse. Might run some water through and check it PH. You might have other problems.

Should I flush it with just plain water? Should I pH it to 6.5 or higher since I know the ph in the soil is going to be well lower than 6.5?

I'd bet it's not nute burn BTW, i've been feeding it weak solutions. I am still a newb and could be wrong, but I'm seeing none of the tell tale signs of nute burn that i've seen before (burnt tips, spots, ect.).

You are in soil, ....why the panic, humans have for years ..have feed their plants and crops without
needing to know the potential Hydrogen content of the their soil...? only with coco or dwc is it important, not with soils, if in doubr flush ...to my blog:

https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/Entry/flush-baby-flush.27513/

Flush now and add 30-50% perlite at next pot up.
