Well I was changing/cleaning out her bucket. when I lifted it from the spare bucket to her normal one after I cleaned it and put the nutes and stuff back in..I hit her head on the light and broke her neck. :wall: Do you think she'll be ok? It didnt actually snap and no liquid leaking out of her. Anything I should do or prepare for?

Hehe, if she is having a problem staying up straight, then you should build her a splint to help her out. She will repair herself naturally. I have actually broken branches clean off of my plants before, but after using some rubber bands, I tied her back up to the spot she broke, and she healed right up...good luck!

she should be fine. some growers actually break stems purposely during veg claiming that it strenghtens stems and promotes more yield during flower. one of my friends accidentally broke a main during veg and after thaat the plant exploded w growth. look up supercropping on youtube u might find stem breaking techniques.

thanks for the quick replies. she is staying up straight. shes got about 30 more min before she get in bed though lol. Hope for a quick recovery if anything serious. Hope she'll be ok. I just got to remember to raise the light up when I'm moving changing out her nutes.

i bend all my plant colas when they get too tall, i can then lower the lights to get to the lower branches too, the main stem then curles up at the end towards the light, some of the plant stems crack and leak but they will heal and grow no problem, you will see dry little brown patches where the splits were, i cant take a picture because i am flowering and only 3 hours in to the dark period.
if you do not do this you will end up with huge colas and nothing on the lower plant.

thats right, if you bend one and it snaps, you have to straighten it back up and tape it together to re-knit the affected stem, you will see it wither a bit on the first day but on the second the leaves and flowers will prick upright, and by the third she will be right as rain, leave the tape on for a week.
