I wish I lived where you do.....
The nurseries in MY area will not supply me with Cannabis beans, no matter if I prepay or not. :(
 
within the last year he's "wasted" under $100 worth of seeds (including planting males with no intention to breed) idk how the plants died

Why don't you just tell your nursery that you don't want any male plants?
I'm sure, for another 100, they would provide you with an equal amount of beans to insure you get at least half females.
 
No no the soil is from the nursery I still have both male and female magic beans of different strains from seedbank I think the plants died someone during the move (he thinks his mother came over his house and poisoned them)
