I went to go see him and then I looked at his surroundings and I decided that I was just going to take him away from them people. He was free and they were shocked that I brought a cat carrier. He was terrified of the car ride home so I took off my shirt and put it in the cage with him.. One, so he would be comfortable with my scent and two so he could have a safe place away from the big world. Ever since he does things like:IMG_1034.jpg

Dude, I would love to live out in the boondocks. That is my kind of place, no neighbors, quiet.. Gonna have to get some info on that rent to own.. We have been skeptical about doing that.
The guy he is buying the place from is someone he worked with, super cool stoner dude.That's my buddy I was telling you all about with the cows n shit. Got a contract and a payment plan. On receipt of the last payment he is handing over the deed. It was only 40k for a two bedroom one and a half bath house and it sits on 5 wooded acres ;)

I see rent to own places all over town, just don't really trust them things and I think they charge you more than what you would generally pay for something of the same size. Need to look more into it I guess

Courthouse..look for houses that are abandoned or empty and locate the owner info. Lots of times the rent will either be dirt cheap on a really nice place, or they'll be open to a lease to own. That's how I found the house my kids grew up in. Beautiful stone house, 3 bedroom 2 bath, two living areas, eat in kitchen with separate laundry on 10+ acres. Rent...400 a month ;) it was commercial property but they couldn't sell back then (1992). It was a great house :)

This is mine. I bought a new battery for it.. I would actually recommend one that you can adjust the voltage.. It comes with a collar, the piece right where the batter connects to make it look more sleek, but I don't care about that and it makes it harder to get the battery off.
