Dark green leaves slow slow growth

So one of my girls has pretty much slowed to no growth it has real dark green leaves and the ones on top are really skinny and not growing there’s a few brownish orange spots on the plant here and there I’ve been watering every 3-4 days when the soil drys out really good been feeding every other watering soil is fox farm Ocean , feeding with grow big

Too much N will slow it down. It will either grow out of it, if no more nutes are added, or it can be flushed with the next watering to a point past runoff. Orange spots would be calcium issues, which the N tox can cause i.e. dont add cal or calmag at this time.

Water past runoff, or water but dont feed so it grows out of it.

Thanks I was thinking nitrogen toxicity but it’s been pretty dark green for a while i haven’t fed it a whole lot but there’s all kinds of variables I was planning on trying to flush next watering
