The condo is fully furnished with everything imaginable plus supplies . Totally slick front load washer and dryer and modern kitchen and bathroom. It’s the nicest place I have ever rented. I had no idea it would be so nice. All I saw from online were a couple pictures that didn’t show much.

In 2010 I took this photo and entered it into a contest . It did not get any response back than. Not even a nod. . Now, 13 years later I get a message how they want to use it . I told em, ok. Send me a copy. I donated my copy years ago framed and signed. I can’t even remember where. lol. Now it’s getting published.

I picked out sum watermelon **pencils out and then took them out of my basket because I remembers I hate them. I eats a half a gummy and totally fucked. yo ..up this pencil drawing. My blue pencil is running out so I got another blue pencil but by a different brand as close to the color as possible. Only professional grade acrylics blue and green , ( I have a job why not) to use on the wood letters. I am going to cut out the paper HIKE letters and hang them up because fucking red?? I let
