day 13, first set of true leaves withering

newbie grower here, first grow. Getting withered first leaf set with a bronze cast. I'm begining to see signs of a bronze cast in the next set also. Temps 70-80 White Widow, Miracle Grow, 42 watt CFLs, 7.2 ph rainwater (switching over to 6.8ph) Also using Fox Farm Ocean soil getting the same witherd first leaf set. Water ph 6

so you have 2 different set ups? one with fox farm soil and one with miracle grow soil? and both are doing the same thing? are you using any other nutes? and how many CFLs?

nothing else is being added. I have four plants going. Each plant has it's own 42watt CFL 1" to 3" above it and there are two more lights in the space at this point. I plan to add as soon as the plants get bigger.

Idk but I think the foxfarm ocean soil is ment for transplanting...but idk if that makes a difference with seedlings.
How many other leaves do your plants have?

They have four sets in varying states of development. They seem robust with big broad leaves. One stretches across a three gallon tank. It's just the first set with it's bronze cast and withering that bothers me. The bronzing looks to be in the next set as well. These plants are really expanding even within the context of this thread. Perhaps I sould just chill and watch?
