I also put a air-cooler in my room, the the temp is around 75-80 and the humdity is around 70%

well right now the temp is 75.6 and humdity is at 76%....

looks like you might have it under control....I have read the higher humidity can possibly pose problems with mold and other moisture related challenges...but again no personal experience.

nah no mold yet, I have all the water inlets and outlets sealed or turned off, soo the bathroom is pretty much sealed off, and I have my servents clean up in there like every other day also.
