What organic medium? Organic mediums still need nutrients for the bacteria to feed on. Honestly your plant looks Crispy/Dry, the leaves look like they're dropping, and they look like they're going from a really dark green to yellow. My guess would be nitrogen toxicity and possibly watering issues.

You shouldn't be worried about PH in an organic medium unless your tap water PH is something insane, and you can use humic acid in veg to neutralize PH.
