I was plucking them off yesterday when I saw a big poof of pollen fly into the room so I'm pretty terrified of trying to pluck anymore off, should I just grab em with my fingers and toss em in a plastic bag? I'm also doubtful that I'll find them all just cause the plants are stuck in the SCROG.

Use a vacuum, or take them outside so you don't pollinate your other plants.
