Day 26 of flower should I prune?

This, you are growing with CFL, you can't afford to waste any energy of the plant.

Flowering my first grow and doing very well then 3 days ago I thought it would be a good idea to move them around and tie em up so they got better all over light (without researching it first) but now it seems like they are not growing as fast.. should I untie them or would that stress them even more?
