It's only one plant, but she's 4.5' tall, would be over 5 but I tied her top tip down to see what happens. Her 3 babies are in beside her. But the main buds you see, just one plant!! This was my virgin grow. and as you can imagine, stoked like a cigarette in the High School bathroom..Thanks for pokin' around Bro. I have about a week till chop. Keep stopping in, as the little whore makes her final push for pollen, the pictures are gonna get juicier as this week progresses. Peace.

What up Jig? Against all what nature says, the riper buds are on the underside. The top cola calyxes are swelling, but still have a ton of white pistils. I think the bud in question in my guesstimate was pretty close to what you said. 10% amber/brown, 70% cloudy. 20% clear. 95% of all other buds 50-50% clear/cloudy.

When I first discovered the amber trichs I immediately thought, fuck, too late!!I put an emergency call into my Hemp Help Desk.... he assured me all is fine and i should plan for 1-2 more weeks of maturation. But probably this weekend. Chop time. I definitely will have pictures of the chop, dry, cure and final smoke report! This is what I do as well.
I checked on 4 different spots on the plant. The first was the same place I found the amber trichomes. I saw no new additional amber color, and the ratio of clear/milky was unchanged. Leaf 2 trichs showed no amber and was approx. 60-40% clear/milky. Bud leaves 3 and 4 trichs were identical, and from different areas of the bush. No amber, 50-50% clear/milky. Got at least a week, maybe more I think..
