I was telling Mauler about my exclusive drying process. It involves sending me a pound of dry weed, and I dry it down further, to one ounce, and then I send it back in a pretty jar. You may loose a little weed in the process, but it is a damn pretty jar.

wow m8 you hav some fucking big buds there well doneHello fellow growers. I'm beat like you wouldn't believe. We started trimming about 8:45 this morning. Took a half hr lunch and 1 hr dinner break and a few smoke breaks and just stretch it out. These old bones sat for a loooong time today. Trimmed the final cola at 10:15 tonight. The first clone took forever. We cut most of the buds off the stems, duh...don't ask me why. 3/4 way through, we left them on the stem and just trimmed them. She weighed in at 124 grams. The second clone weighed in at a whopping 208 grams. Granted, there was much more stem involved, but they aren't very thick. The 3rd clone tipped the scale at 143 grams for a grand total of 475 grams (16.96 z's) wet, but trimmed. Now, onto the bush. I was amazed at the sheer thicknes and firmness of the colas. The main cola weighed in at an amazing 257 grams (9.17 z's). The rest of the bushed came in at 923 grams (32.96 z's) trimmed wet. The total weight of the bush was 1180 grams, (42.14 z's). So the clones total was 475g plus 1180g for the bush for a total, trimmed wet weight of 1665 grams (59.10 z's) or 3.69 POUNDS of trimmed wet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

The loose nuggets went into a jar after only 24 hrs. They were crisp to the touch. This morning, when I checked, they had rehydrated nicely. It gave me a good indication of how dry they need to be before jarring.hey Mauler, how s budz doing ?

All is great my friend! Been toking on the scisssor hash we scraped from the trimming. Very heady, thick, hashish tasting smoke. Peppery after tones. Gets you fucked up.
Yes sir. A few CFL's over the clones with them getting peripheral HPS. The Bush recieved all of the HPS lumens. My HPS was never more than 6" above the bush the entire flowering stage, Good luck on the 2.5 lb yield..

Sorry, It was a family day yesterday. My one teen daughter and my 12 yr old Grandson are up for the weekend. Run, run, run with them. I should say spend, spend, spend...Haunted hayride last night As soon as my daughter waked in she says " Dad, smells like weed in here" Thing is, it wasn't the weed she was smelling, it was the auto air freshener. hahahaha. She says, "whatever, I like the smell and don't care if you smoke....." This daughter lives with her Mom, and I am skeptical on her ability to keep her mouth closed to Mom....

I did use a flower supplement, along with KoolBloom, called Ton-O-Bud, i wonder.........?? Hydro guy gave it to me for free, he said all his customers were raving about it....

Hey, I am stealing your idea. Except I am improving upon your formula;

48 hrs since the cut. All of the clones have dried already and are in 1 qt. glass jars. Except for the tops of each branch, these are all popcorn nuggets. They are dry to the touch, but when compressed, you can definitely feel the moisture and stickiness. They started with a wet weight of of 475 grams, after cutting off the stems and going into the jar, they weighed 96 grams, or 3.42 z's. Which is almost an 80% decrease from the wet weight. That should be 3 z's clear after some more curing. The smell still has a faint grassy smell, but the sweetness is giving it a run for odor dominance. The bush's colas are still 2-3 days from being dry enough to jar, maybe more. They are feeling a bit crisp here and there, but mostly still damp. Here's a few pictures.

Good morning Bluejeans. Yes, as long as I have the time, I will definitely post all my grows. I sent a very good friend of mine a miminal of 1 feminized seed of everything in my seed collection. He asked what I wanted to go with after this grow was over. I chose the Bubba Kush and the Critical Jack. He germed and started them for me, he'll take some cuttings and send the Momma's to me. He told me they are almost a foot tall, as of yesterday, under the MH. Once I get them, clean up the dirt from the roots, they go right into hydro. So, I've got almost a 4-5 week headstart on this new grow. Peace.
Yea. It does suck. But these are all the popcorn buds. And 3 z's is 3 z's, even if it's popcorn. The real nugs and weight are still drying on the bush.....

Thanks Bro. Yep, 1 single 400 w HPS. Granted, she hogged 90% of the lumens, with the clones just getting peripheral HPS, and CFL lights.

Roll a joint and if it burns even and doesn't need to be relit it's ready for jars.
