So far....the grasssy smell is dissapating and a sweet dank smell has emerged. I had taken a small nugget out yesterday morning and let it sit out till about 6 last night. It had gotten solid as a rock, but crumbled nicely. The smell when I broke it up was very sweet. The taste was a little off. I guess I'm expected the same taste, as fully cured buds. It was very smooth, not much lung expansion. The exhale tasted a bit dank. After 1 hit, a little high in the head and behind the eyes..waited a few minutes, took a second toke. A big one...The smoke really expanded in my lungs and I had to exhale before a coughing fit took over. The high became very cerebral, and spacy, within 10 minutes, I was totally baked, on 2 hits!!!!! The body high really showed itself after 5-10 minutes. On a scale of 1 to 10. Because I GREW it....a 10. If I wasn't biased. an 8. But, after another 2 weeks curing, hopefully I can give it an honest 10.

Are you an Eagles fan? Do you live around the Philly area?? I'm right up the road from Philly. Great to hear about the Mango, nice ratio of girls. Were the beans feminized? :leaf:

My seeds were non feminized, just regular old beans.
As far as being an Eagles fan, nope. Sadly for Marty,
he was pegged by new GM Matt Millen to lead the Detroit Lions as his first coach.
As he and Matt rode into town on their Harleys, the bar is high was one of
Martys first quotes as Lions coach.
From there, the Lions went onto have the worst ten year stretch in the history of sports.
People still talk about Martys decision in overtime to take the wind and not the ball against the Bears. The Bears then marched the
length of the field, kicked a field goal, and won the game.
That can happen when your imbicile GM starts rebuilding the team by taking a wide receiver with his first draft pick.
THREE YEARS IN A ROW!
What a treat it is to see Matt 0-16 Millen and his expert football opinions on tv once again too.

I believe one of Marty's excuses after a loss was. "we scored too quickly at the beginning of the game". Everyone is sill "on board" for a great Lions season, except those of us who know what a shit franchise, it is.
 
I just recieved my bubblebags yesterday, and immediately went into production mode. The bags cost me $39.95 w/free shipping from ebay. They included a 220, 120, 73 and 20 5/gallon sized bags with a free pollen press and drying screen. You can see it HERE I went with the dry ice extraction method, and ended up with 14 grams of kief. I pressed some into discs. I only used 1 size bag and used almost every part of plant, less the buds.... I think I will take more care next time as I believe more and more leaf matter went into the mix with more bag agitation. The initial shake produced and almost tan/yellow powder, with the color getting progressively darker (greener) with each shake. I really don't care though, cause it's all for my head. The taste was a bit leafy with a nice peppery aftertaste. But the important thing, the high, knocked mE out of my socks afetr 2 hits!!:-P The harvest is still curing with today being day 8. The smell is sweet and dank at the same time. I'm purposely avoiding smoking any until week 2 of the cure. I remember the taste and buzz from the intial chop and want to try and compare what the curing process does. Here are a few pictures. Peace. :leaf:

Goddamn dude, great minds think alike.
Yesterday I picked up bubble bags from a friend to do the exact same thing, the exact same way.
I just need a press now. And dry ice. And a bucket.
OK i'm not ready to actually make anything yet.
But I did get the bags. And smoked Pineapple Express while I was there.
Oh, and that looks awesome. Great job.
PM me with some tips, i've not used dry ice method yet.
