Hey little advice please

I'm at day 53 northern light autoflower, homemade box grow with cfl's

Nutes - bio grow + pk 13 14

Lights - 20/4

Everything seems fine alot of bud sites but looking fairly small would like some feedback to make sure everything looks ok and hopefully the buds will bulk up. It is my first grow so it's been very exciting and don't want anything to go wrong now.

It sure looks like they have a long way to go, I would say a few weeks will let them bulk up much more, Not sure what the time is on that strain but they look good just need more time indeed. Keep us posted and give them lovely ladies more time, Some facts can contribute to a plant taking longer than normal if all the grow factor are not in place. All In all she looks great,

Oh BTW Welcome to RIU Happy Grow

Yew yeah you got some time there. A lot will take them white hairs and as it matures will start to curl change colors ect. Not all do it, but a lot do. Keep going tools good so far.

Take it week by week, maybe another two or so. If you got a good phone start checking the color of the trics, want milky/amber some good guides on here.

Also since you are getting close start learning how to dry and cure if you haven't already. Best of luck.

Ok that was the feedback I was hoping for haha! I have very briefly touched up on drying and curing and also picking a bottom bud for a quick dry and test?

And also researched on flushing like a week to 10 days before harvest? Seems like you guys know what you are talking about and will keep you posted during the next few weeks if you don't mind?

Thanks guys appreciate it.

I wouldn't do that with an auto or any. you want 100% energy on her blooming, if she gets hurt sets her to repair. Let it all come together. Check the tricks, but she will also start to die on her own. Bottom fans will start to turn yellow.

Remember any thing you do during flower on an auto will hurt its yield. They have a time clock, once it's in the ground the clock starts. This is why they tell you not to top an auto flower as well.

There are ways people found to extend their lives. But there are also super auto flowers. What did the seed bank say the time span as on it?

@vostok I made the mistake by planting it in a smaller pot and I am just using a ordinary compost with added perlite and within two days it's bone dry and leaves start to drop I don't know what else I can do until my next grow when I get a full set up as with some bio bizz soil or recommended soil and better lighting equipment this was just a trial to see how it all goes? But any information at the moment would be extremely useful as I am a newbie haha. Thanks.

@kachiga I won't do that then until it is time to harvest haha lucky you guys are giving me some useful info. Just hope it all finishes with a good amount and no problems thanks

It's cool. Remember when you do a fast dry or test that doesn't tell you any thing. You will get around 20% and it tastes and smells like wet grass . All that work, try to cure all together it will be well worth the wait.

But we all get excited, thought I would let you know. Best of luck.

Hello guys so I have an update I'm now at day 60 from when I planted I think and she they are bulking up.

Just a reminder it's is a critical+ auto and a vision northern lights auto

I am not sure how long I have left and when I should start flushing them they are both due for a feed now or a water if I should start flushing? I am still waiting on a 60× 100× microscope should be here next week.

what seed breeder you get these from? My NL wont even get into flower lol. been about 40 days from germ. shit needs to hurry up. thinking about giving it bloom nutes and seeing what happens.

Also try some LST next time! you have the tradition "chrsitmas tree" plant. Spread them lower leaves and get them some love!

These are from vision mate the critical+ is a bag seed freebie and it's growing pretty decent considering I am in a diy box grow with cfl and I wish I could help you with that but I'm still a newbie haha.

Yea I have heard and researched LST and will be doing on my next grow I have made a few mistakes through out but it's all trial and error I guess.

Hope yours shoots up soon dude!

@BiGrEd1011 they look awesome what lighting are you using? My pot are pretty small also another mistake I made haha.

I have a 3 gallon now ready for my next grow. Only doing one plant at a time until I get a proper tent and lighting.

Im currently running a Galaxyhydro 300watt LED (under the NL) seedlings are getting a T5 4 tube light.

My plants have been LST'ed though. Notice how bushy the are? The bottoms of the back right plant have grown out so much they are almost as tall as the cola LOL.

I have been running walmart re usable bags for my seedlings. They are still cloth so its similar to a smart pot......lets air in. PLUS! they are $.50 lmao. so.... do the math. I got 6 pots for $3. Plus they are a damn good size. not 100% sure but I want to say ATLEAST 3-4 gallons.
