Day 6 of 12/12 - Leaf necrosis? PLEASE HELP!!!

Okay, 3 plants, 6 days into 12/12. One of the plants has some nasty looking fan leaves along the bottom. The others are fine and don't seem to have any issues other than a slight N def, which I've already adressed when I fed today.

So my main problem is these fucking leper leaves. Seriously, is this mold? My humidity was a little out of control for a couple days, but I fixed it as fast as I could. My PH is fine, I haven't been overwatering. I treated the leaves with neem oil earlier this week, but obviously it hasn't worked. What am I doing wrong? I removed the ones with the most damage but I'm afraid it will keep spreading. If this IS a fungus or something, I really don't want the others to catch it.

Any advice? What do you guys think this could be, and more importantly WHAT SHOULD I BE DOING ABOUT IT?? Please help, I'm desperate. Im afraid she's going to die.

Yes, it's only on a few fan leaves, but it looks so awful, I just want to be sure it's not anything serious that could spread.

I'm thinking ph issue, this can be easily check the next time you water test the 1st cup of run off this test is pretty accurate for ph but for ppm that's debatable. I don't know for sure but this is what I would check!

That looks like rust fungus to me my friend. What type of water are you feeding the girls? Also nutes....and are you using superthrive? Superthrive is like gold and it's about 12 bucks for the small one at the local grow shop here...but even the small one lasts me a while...potent stuff. If you are using city tap water I would suggest two things. First get some empty milk jugs....fill them with your tap water....let them bake in the sun for at least 48 hours and then add your nutes and such....try this i promise it helps with the rust fungus....good luck

Your PH being 6.5 is pretty much ideal...i mean the difference between 6.5 and 6.3 is not too much. If it was really high or low it might cause deficiencies but I think that this is def. not a ph issue.
