Your close to where I chop. You might let them go a little longer and see if you can get more amber if you like the lock.

yeah id chop now. I always go half n half, I think thats the best for just a good overall stone. For my sativas however, I sometimes harvest earlier, when there aren't as many amber trichs, and more clear/cloudy ones. Gives me more of a cerebral high.


just remember, letting it go longer will many times improve taste/smoke because towards the end of its life the plant produces more oils that give weed its smell/taste, but not necessarily the potency, infact potency will drop as you let the plant go on.


Right now you have certainly let the plant grow to its full potential. Unless you want better taste or something, I would harvest now.

I would wait longer, I like em to go as long as possible. If a breeder says 8 weeks, I usually go 12 weeks or longer

make sure you flush her before you chop her, no nutes for a bit before, that way you allow the plant to process all the nutes already in the soil and in the plant, and you avoid any chemical aftertastes...
