Day 69 flowering, any idea of how close she is?

So... was on here a while ago, and people were saying it would finish day 60-65... Well it's day 69 and it still doesn't look very close :-?

What do you guys think? I've never watched bud mature. Do the white hairs mean it's still developing, or is it really ALL about the trichomes.

I haven't changed anything about her environment. Shes still getting 250w of CFL light, and getting watered every day (molasses every other day)

So when do you guys think she will be finished? And yeah I know you can't say for certain but a guess is better than nothing at all.

The reason I made this thread is because I'm leaving town for a week, late next month and this is all kind of getting down to the wire. I really do want to let her go as long as she needs though :\

The trichomes look pretty cloudy to me right now, I wanted to wait for like 20%-30% amber trichs.

looks like that could be a sativa and possibly take 10-12 weeks if that is the case. Indica's are less usually 8-9 weeks

It's all about trichomes. As soon as there's amber your THC is beginning to degrade and it's time to harvest.

A good friend on here told me it looks like it's a week away.

Upon examining some pics I noticed that the hairs look like they're starting to crook back and brown, so maybe it IS a week away.

but then again I thought a week away a month ago!

See, I was pretty sure it was an indica but now I don't know

Hybrid maybe?

I really hope it doesn't take 3 more weeks! Ill have run out of time by then

It is about 3 weeks don't pick it early because someone thinks that they know man bout 3 weeks. It will be such a waste if you pick it to soon.

You don't harvest based on size, you harvest based on ripeness. You do not over ripen any crop to increase yield. You harvest when your shit is ripe.

The thing is: the % of turned pistils is always changing. I've had 3 instances now where the buds explode into growth and sprout a bunch of large groups of hairs.

Underneath all that new hair is a fuck tonne of amber hairs you can't really see.

Ill come back later and post some old pics so you guys can see what I mean.

And I'm down for waiting, its just that I really can't wait. I'm going to have to have someone burp my jars a little while I'm away
