whats up everybody i have two pain in the ass girls who are nearing day 80 and they have been more trouble than they are worth.

i want them gone, they are suposed to flower quickly (between 50-65 days) and they are horrible. they were feminized biddy early seeds, a supposed indica dom pheno, doesnt look that way, but anyways i want to know if i should chop em, cuz they have looked the same now for way too long.

they arent worth a 600watt hps being on everyday for. i would rather start up a new grow, but i dont want to lose the incredibly small amount, of what could be called potential, if i dont have to.

I think you mean drying not curing. After you dry them for 5-7 days, then you cure them in glass jars for as long as you want. The longer the better, the smell and taste improve with a longer cure. I put mine in the jars once it's dry enough to smoke a joint and it not go out constantly.

yea lol i didnt mean to imply that i dont understand the process i have done it a few times before lol.. but i did actually mean to say dry, because i tested a small sample, and it dried out pretty quickly, like 2 days.. maybe 3 at most..

and i meant how long to cure like how long til it starts smelling better? because once its finished drying it smells like a dead plant. but the sample i tested, which is about 2 days now into curing, is actually starting to smell like marijuana lol.

the only other plants i ever grew were from bagseed, but the bud around here is pretty crack, so my bagseed grows were very nice, 1000% better than this shit, and it always smelt and looked good, and now i got these seeds, 14 fem for $50 from a dispensary in hollywood, and they turn out to be garbage lol.. lts kinda ironic being as i waited to get seeds from cali for so damn long, and once i did, it was such a dissapointment..

man your bud wont smell great until about 3 weeks after chop, it will get better and better,
but the longer you leave it the happier you will be

nice plants for bagseed anyway

the buds seem to be drying pretty fast, i hung them up at 8 last night, and its 3pm right now, i dont think they will b able to dry for more than another day before the stems dry out..

and these arent bagseed lol, i said i grew some bagseed that turned out better than this, these were biddy early by magnus genetics (i believe), feminized medical marijuana.....

yo, the buds are dry enough to begin hanging, they dont flare up instantly when taking a bong rip, but it burns easily..

its only been 24 hours!! wtf do i do? i mean i know its supposed to take a while, but like i said these buds are very flufy, i just dont want to over dry, and destroy any chance of being able to even cure..

jar em up or what?

If you think they're ready, jar them. Keep an eye on them and burp the jars a few times a day so they don't mold.

You can always keep them in the jar for an extended amount of time and the humidity comes out from the stem, back into the buds.

So even if you over dry a little bit, put them in a jar for a good amount of time (not too long though, gotta watch humidity rising, too much = mold).

You don't even want to consider putting them into jars until the stems snap and make a noise.
