DEA Chief Gets Annihilated by Colorado Rep

She knows everything about the drugs in question. She was just dodging the admission that medical marijuana is a much safer alternative to pain relief than prescription drugs...As far as her not admitting that heroin and meth are more addictive than cannabis...her admission would give strength to the argument that cannabis should be removed from the schedule 1 list.

Carne nailed it...

Carne would never nail her, she's a woman.

No big surprise.

Facts and integrity are not factors much sought after in the psychophantic world of our federal government, or any government agency.

I have no patience with these kinds of people.

It's not totally fair to blame her, she is just following her mandated role and to be honest, during a couple of the questions she obviously wanted to answer truthfully, her wince of pain is obvious, but knew she couldn't.

She also made it specifically clear that she was speaking from her LEO side so personally she may think differently.

Either way, good to see someone asking the hard questions to her, it's getting way more attention now atleast.

She sounds utterly RETARDED. She has no clue what to say and is clearly trying not to out right lie but it makes her look like a Chinese guy on his first day in the states.

what she is saying is we cops and gov officials are told to lie, so we lie, we don't necessarily like it but its what our gov does.

I think what she is trying to say is.....

Gee I wonder who she voted for, no business in this job at all, no confidence in herself why would we have any. Geeezzzz

She dodges the comparative questions to meth and heroin, but readily answers about painkillers being addictive, because of the supposed priority, typical hogwash politician style, sickening how the pertainant questions are dismissed with slack jawed blabber explainations of the already abundantly obvious.LMAO,The DEA is ran by this loopy wench,It truely is no wonder how things are so f%$ed up and have been because of people like her. This only makes Marijuana look that much better. Its unfortunate that not neerly enough people with good sense have stepped forward to adress the boondogglers making policies that are not only unneccessary but are to say the least unpractical for making any substantial progress with drug policies. The Colorado rep did excellent in his questionaire and personal composition, hopefuly more like him start coming up and conflagrating the nonesense with the facts.

We need to repurpose it. All in favor of a Drug Enhancement Agency, raise your hands ... smackheads, have a friend raise it for you ... cn
