WTF? I had to look up the story, I've been in an SD holding cell, know what bastards they are and STILL thought it was from the Onion! I'll be there Monday in spirit! Maybe NorCal should hold a protest too???

This will all blow over and they will have an "internal investigation" which will clear the agents and the department of any wrongdoing. It will be classified as a "departmental oversight" and the cycle will continue until someone actually dies. It always takes a tragic death to get the ball rolling. Mr. Chong was almost that catalyst.

Well if he died that would have been easier. Dump the body somewhere and state you released him on time. Any questions you just reply the guy was on drugs and you can't explain tweaker behavior.
