dead seedling looks alive?

ok i got a question, i recently transplanted 1 great white shark into a larger pot, but i screwed it up pretty bad and the plant ended up on teh floor with the roots and tangled in soil :-| but i transplanted it anyway and threw it outside, and for the past week it has been cold and rainy.

Every second day i go check the seedling outdoor and it has not grown at all in almost 2 weeks now i think, but i am pretty sure it is still alive (still green and moist), so my question is do you think the plant is still alive or is it possible to have a plant that looks alive but is actually dead?:peace:

It's obviously alive. When optimal growing conditions like light, temp improve it will most likely grow. Weeds are hard to kill.
