Deep Blue F3 - F4

So I think I am going for the late flowerring male that stinks of such sourness you would not believe. A late flowering male is supposed to be good. I have culled the other male but may be retain some spluff. Nice long pinnate leaf shape, short, bushy, close nodes...and reaks to funk!

I am just being lazy again and taking out the 4 I like best. It's a freaking chore to get the ones from the bottom.

And some individual shots

I am actually loosing interest in this slightly more chubbier leafed one. (looks almost like a mix of pinnate leaf and webbed leaf - slightly more webbed leaning??!!) and if we want to get all fancy pants, it's probably got a Ww gamate, with the pinnate shape being slightly more dominant than the indica. Although I selected the F2's for their stoutness and quick finishing, the leaf shape was very much a dominant pinnate shape. SO I think this one is a no no.

Now this one is a whole different ball game. Really nice domiant pinnate leaf shaping, super super tight (very Toyght!) node spacing and leaf blades as long as my hands. Nice flowers and looking far more advanced than the others (at this moment in time anyway!) Without confusing myself, and getting into each individual gamate I would say that this is def got a WW homozygous condition. And will match nicely with the male. Also compact (even for been grown outside) with nice node spacing.

It's leaf burn from my fans that blow upwards in my vertical set up btw...

Very nice deep colouring.

Long blade for such a short plant.

I now remember why I love growing this strain so much. Really a beautiful plant. And with the right pheno should finish to give you something nice quickly.

Thanks for watching.

Peace,

So heres the latest from the Deep Blues (well it's just my 2 faves that where snapped this morgen). The Male is slowly coming along as well. I hvae taken a whole load of spluff from the other male and both these plants will probably get a dose of both males I suspect.

So here's the pics:

Peace out,

They have been 12/12 since the 8th of August when they popped their head out of the ground.....few weeks flowering, 6 weeks growing in total. Who needs autos!!!

damn straight skip. these days the autos are just short flower strains from what i've seen. the yields amazing for an auto flower blah blah bollocks it's just a 7-8 week strain ffs.

I really don't understand auto's, why the fuk would anyone grow an auto that needed to stay in 18/6 light....just seems like a mad waste of money. Perhaps if you are growing outdoors in a poor climate I can see why, but other than that, it puzzles me.

rudies are good when they are a freebie and you can flower them in the veg tent, free weed, yes please!

other than that utter pants!

i also hear late flowering males that have a good nose are keepers, spluff the tight noded bitch and make us a auto-killer.

by the way i had to strip a couple of fan leaves of my deep blues today because they were just shading the lowers too much, they were bigger than dinner plates ffs.

i haven't documented any grows on here for far too long, more out of laziness than anything else. i should really get some pictures of the deep blues, they are a growers dream!.

i think i might have the dog cracked too, but we'll see about that. (still nothing on yours d but i reckon you have grown out more than 2 seeds lol)

Aye lad, I grew out a few handfulls before I was rocking with the momma dog. I also think the DB is a joy to grow. I think the only trait I would like to see rid of is the extreme need for heavy N in some of the phenos. You got to make em as simple as possible to grow.

i know what you are saying about making them easier to grow, don't want noobs bashing your gear on here because they don't know how to keep a plant healthy. i must say once again, i've not grown anything that stinks quite so much, it completely overpowers the dog when i open my tent (and we all know how the dog stenks), only 5 weeks in too!

Good to hear ghb, sounds like a winner for sure. This late flowering male stinks like sour pish, if such a thing exists lol.
