Deer ole Deer

I live in a highly populated deer area and they will and do love to eat marijuana, the bastards ate my spot a few years back when the plants were 10-20" about 30 of them.

This year I'm going to use chicken wire spray painted green, 2 feet high around them (after that height the deer seem to leave them alone) plus the rabbits won't be able to get it either. Then just put a bunch of Irish springs bars through a cheese grader and put it all around the plants but not too close, and piss in 2L bottles at home to bring out and swish around.

My buddies mom used to have a deer problem. a large buck would come eat her veggie garden each night. She put out an old pair of rank cleats hoping the smell would defer bambis father from comming back, worked for about 2 weeks (till the hunting season started, then my .308 fixed the problem permanantly

Fence them in and use the urine. You have to re-apply the urine often since it washes away.

Tallow most likely keeps them away because it's made of animal fat rendered in boiling water.

Yea, Ive heard that If you piss around you grow site it should repel any deer. But I dont know how long that would work for.

Chicken wire works great.

hair, piss, soap, hot pepper.None of it worked.Once the plants get up about 3ft the deer will leave them alone. They will eat a few leaves and they don't like the effects.
Chicken wire is your best defence for small plants.OPH

I put some seedlings out by my big plants in july. Trying to make some "shorts"

The deer ate every one of them and left my big plants alone.
