This plants been like this for a while I posted about it when it first stated happening, it hasn't gone away idk whatso wrong with it , it's flowering & the buds are fine but the leaves are dying & all discolored & really easy to take off
Filtered water?? Soil / nutes. ? Don't take any of those leaves off. Removing will only spread the deficiency. She's using up stores of nutrients like a battery and removing will just make it spread to rest of plant first. Some mg is my first guess. But let me know your medium and nutrients first to give a better diagnosis.

The soil I'm using is foxfarms I'm just using water from the hose, after I put the nuts in the water Its always at 7.0 so I always have to put some ph down to get it between 6.0 & 6.5

You have a potassium deficiency for sure. Your tap water might be high in Calcium or Magnesium that is locking out the other nutrients. Possible Phosphorus def as well.
