deficiency developing on my clones is it "N"? pics

I have about 30 clones that i just took out of my EZ cloner about 8 days ago and some of them are developing a deficiency and id like to take care of it before it gets worse. Not sure if its nitrogen or not. Can someone more expierenced in this area give me some solid info on what it is and then how to fix it. Thanks.

I prefer to plant my clones in seedling mix for a couple of weeks after rooting, this way you get to avoid this crucial moment of trying to accept weather its a deficiency or an abundance of nutes thats causing these situations, either way avoid harsh light until you decide, you may consider flushing with air temperate water, and then foilar feeding with a half teaspoon of kelp or other suitable feed, to a pint handsprayer fill with tepid water and spray the leaves well, repeat every second day, to avoid this in the furure ensure your roots are 2 inches or more long and thick, and have been in the cloner no longer than 2 weeks .....good luck

they were in the cloner for about 12 days and most of the roots were damn near touching water plus nice and thick. i have planted them in organic happy frog soil.and have only watered very little with just tap water. i have them under a 4 bulb t5. for the first 4 days i kept them 30 inches away from the light. then moved them closer to 20 inches away and now today i moved them about 8 inches away... the mother plant i took the cuttings from was looking a little light green herself but is doing just fine didnt look like there was a defiency. if it is "Mg" would a very lite dose of dynagro grow and CalMag help at all?

since i moved them closet to the light today i guess i should move them further again?

and should i try this foliar feeding forsure?

well, 20 inches away from T5 is too much, according to most Ppl. and my light meter T5HO or any kind of fluorescent light only provide strong light at close range, 2-4" and ok light at 4-12" after 15" my light meter don't even show a reading

I keep my T5HOs around 4-6" and let em grow up to 2" before I move the light/plants

and yes Cal/Mag will solve the problem if it is a Mg Def. but so early and in fresh soil I would find that hard to believe, more likely a PH issue that lock the Mg/Ca out

if it was mine I would water/flush them with a good amount of water that is PH`d to 6,5 and with a little Cal/Mag (1/4 strength)

folia feeding also work as a plant do take up some moist through its pores, the plants pores is located under its leaves, where it "breath" so mist em under the leaves with as fine moist as possible, I like to use some Wet betty or Yucca (watering agent) to break the water tension, but not necessary, if you want to add some nutrients or Cal/Mag use a mild solution

IMO folia feeding is to correct a def. fast or help young plants in a dry environment (RH under 30-40%)

It looks more like K deficiency which is peripheral yellowing rather then interveinal chlorosis. But I don't think they need anything but time.

Ganja growers just ignore the fact that there are water roots and soil roots. Generally to go from hydro to soil (among mainstream plant growers) the roots should only be 1/2" to 1" long. So wait while they grow proper soil roots. foliar feed as needed to keep them alive. You are rooting your plants twice by doing that.

well it seems to be getting worse. ill check the ph of the soil tonight. and idk about a flush they havent had anything enough to need to bd flushed. and if it is a K deficiency what product should i use to fix that?

i might try some calmag tonight or wait till tomorrow
