You're only on day 1 of flower? And only 2 weeks veg? I would be scared to flower a plant in that kind of shape, I'd sooner take clones and start over tbh...

Usually I never do that and veg for at least 4wks, but this is more like test run to see and when I flipped was yellowing a bit but no spots or patches but in 2 days it showed. Just gn dry out pots now and water for first will see how it goes

Can’t you just turn the water off at the res and let the soil dry out and top water going forward. As mentioned I would have chosen a different plater or maybe use the air domes but I don’t think they made much difference.
Definitely use a healthy layer of clay balls or rocks or even perlite before adding the soil next time that way the soil isn’t sucking up so much water all the time.

Yeh I did turned tap off now and I do use clay balls at the bottom layer and auto pots do work in soil just fine just this time something is not right with waters I think Ill have to keep turning on and off tank every 1-2 days I suppose while plant is still very young later or it does not matter past wk 1 flower or 2 as the roots sucks water fast enough to dry out

like i said, not a soil guy, but it seems like you need to try something like water-water-feed-water etc. or something similar. or do what soembody else said and use dry nutes in the soil and just give them water in the autopots?

So turns out to be overwatering auto pots and soil works well but needs some tricks, first plant needs to be more develop like 4-6wks veg and 1-2wks flower then its good to go on autopots.
My autopot soil humidity stayed 55% for 2 days then Day 3 53%
day 4 50%
Day 5 46%
Day 6 42% still need few more days to drop to at least 35% soil humidity before Ill start watering again, so basically my ladies where drowning, from now on Ill add clay pebbles on top layer of soil to evaporate more maybe even a fan pointing to stems/soil. So my plants turning all green again after now watering them for 5-6days and still 2more days to go at least its sorted now
