Deficiency or bugs??

I sprayed just once with Neem and won't do it again until I get sure that there are bugs. Strangely though I misted them yesterday with harpin (Halo) and it is amazing! For not more than 10 hours the effects are visible. Two of my plants just rocketed... And it seems that the issue has subsided a little bit but I can't be sure. I'll be monitoring them very closely for the next several days until feeding time has come.. I will be using regular tap water filtered through a Brita jug - it's ph is ~ 6
I have an additional questions. The newly formed pistols are turning burnt-brown on the tips.. Is this normal or should I account it to the current symptoms?
The first pic is of a burnt one and the second of a top positioned one that seems fine.. Thanks!

Your problem isn't bugs. It has something to do with what's in your water. Feed them what you will, but keep that pH level at 6.5! Also, if you ever do end up getting bugs... Spray, wait a day, spray again. This process will kill any live bugs the first spray, and the spray two days later should kill any eggs that may be present (the one day interval is the prevent any stress to your plants)

Thank you! Too bad though.. I was thinking it will do them really good to have 'real' water and not that tap shite but oh, well - it's filtered anyway...

dude she looks a bit sick. but its reversible, i think. i would wait with the nuts for her, give her some of that clean water for another few day and see what happens. u know, you can control u'r ph with PH-down fluid. you can get it in hydro shops or even pet shops that sell aquariums.

Yep, but since my filtered tap water has the perfect ph level I'll be using it from now on, at least for this grow.. I watered them now just with plain h2o and depending on the results within the next days I will decide whether the next watering to be pure or not...

Damn this case is getting worse... By the looks of those pics - are you sure something is not eating them alive? Also I started to see some liquid on some place of the plants - could it be condensation? Cause it doesn't look too much like it - some place it's just wet, on others there's a big drop.. very weird..
Please advise.. :/IMG_6616.jpgIMG_6614.jpgIMG_6618.jpg

I couldn't find anything.. Though when I took out the plants for the inspection and their NEEM treatment I saw in the box what I though was a thrip.. I didn't give much time to ponder on that as I had to squish it before it got away... I sprayed the bottom of the box with neem as well... I hope this gets rid of the worm as well.. I really hope it doesn't get into the stems or something... Could those pests be causing all the other symptoms that don't seem pest-related or did I just get everything at once...

dont thinl so, but not sure... bugs and worms usually eat leaves only. pests and spiders eat the flowers and stems...
