Deficient or burnt?

Its all a learning experience. Each and every grow. And if you do not already grow a garden, flowers or maybe a houseplant. Then you should start. MJ is a annual the same as a petunia, pepper or head of lettuce. The plants are the best teachers. The basic needs vary from plant to plant but the general concept remains the same. Medium, lighting, nutes ect... Its not that we are 'Grow Gods'. We have just learned how to grow things, many different things. Mj just being one of them. I think you should read through Riddleme's thread 'Calling all noobs'. Great info. No hype, just good sound advice. All of his threads are solid. Thats were I seem to spend most of my time here now.

You see the plant. You have some decent advice and info from the members here to go on. Look at your plant and you tell us how much you should feed her. And post some recent pics.

I come from a long line of green thumbs, I have had a garden to some degree for the last 10 years, a few of those years the garden included cannabis, I had varying success but was doing it stealthy outdoors and had limited to no interaction except for weekly visits. This is quite different. I have house plants around my home that are over 200 years old (from my great grandmother), I love horticulture and nature in general. I think I am being a little zealous in my care for this one plant if not just because of my excitement to have her to care for... I'm like one of those little girls that gets a kitty cat and squeezes it to death because I'm so happy to have her.... I will adjust things as I see fit, albeit very gradually, and post pics and wait for advice before jumping into anything... the confidence you instill is as valuable to me as the advice itself. I would do good to sit back and relax a little, less is more is my new mantra until I've learned where to draw the line.... I'm going to start back on a extremely week feeding schedule Monday if things look good, I'll probably go 1/4 strength what the chart says, water/water/feed and possibly bump it up to 1/2 strength by then.... just so bizarre to me that people are able to feed so strongly while I'm having issues at 1000ppm's max.... i guess that's just a testament to how frequently I was feeding. One day, when it's legal, you'll have a hoob of my finest waiting for you any day your in my town...

Now that i've looked through your journal i more info. I agree with cowboy, work on your watering/feed frequency. When watering dont be afraid to be generous in the amount. Like cowboy stated.

Watering technique - contrary to popular belief, wet/dry cycles are NOT good, especially for organic growers. Keep the soil medium moist but not saturated to the point where air is excluded. When you water, don’t be shy. Water until there is a good runoff. The issue is not overwatering, it's watering to the point of the exclusion of air.

Everyones grow enviroment is different. Different strains and even phenos within a strain feed differently. My Orange Bud pheno can take all the food you can give it. But still a point has been passed were it is just wasted and washed away nutes. Take some time to tune your roll in. Dont get caught emulating, find your own groove. Never give up on a grow no matter dismal it may seem. Always something to be learned. And if you have the space keep the males around to fuck with. Alot can be learned when there is no fear of loss.

Here's a wide out, a closer, and a shot of the newest dead growth...

I wish I had the room to keep the males man, my pipe dream is to one day (near the end of my life, after years and years of growing) take my two favorites of all time and cross them, thus creating The Ruiner. I'd have to approve the final product though, of coarse.
tine in your roll sounds so much easier said then done, trail and error basically? If so then I loved some Prince of Persia, and got pretty good at it, and that's basically all it was as well. :)
I'm no quitter, so no worries there, I'll be the capt. going down with whatever sinking ship I'm on.

Gave her a 6.37 ph 'pre-drink' of RO water, about 1/4 - 1/3 a gallon

Then I mixed all this up into a jug and gave her the first feeding since the flush. I could see slight signs of water pressure loss in the thicker stalks/stems, so I'm gonna say she was thirsty.
1 gallon R/O
1/4 tsp Grow
1/2 tsp Tiger
1 tsp Big Bloom
1/4 tsp Cal-Mag
1/16 tsp Beastie Blooms
It came out too: 527 ppm 6.76 ph
I dropped in about a 4th a tsp of ph down to drop it to 6.46

Now I'll just wait, and see.... any other comments or suggestions out there?

Watered with almost 2 gallons of well water this morning ph'ed to 6.36.
I'm still seeing older lower foliage turning yellowish or turning yellow and getting curled and dried out on the ends. It looks like 3 distinct types of effect on the plant, some leaves suffer from just say, browning and curling on the tips, some get more yellow then other though, and then some leaves (maybe one or two) have a spotting effect (pic 2), where places just start to get kind of dark spots, all pictured, I just got done flushing and feeding it like a baby, wtf guys? Does it just get worse before it gets better?

Moash, thanks for some input! I fed her, even though it was weak, with everything in the book, even added some cal-mag into the mix! What am I missing, or is it that I just haven't given her enough of it yet? I was going to go with a water/water/feed schedule now, do you think I should just keep going with every other watering like most do (but I will of coarse put more time between my feeding than I have) if she's not getting enough food then maybe I should so it doesn't continue to get worse? Thanks!

Ok, Moash. I'll cool my jets again, main reason being, even at this rate, she's gonna make it. Even if growth continues to die off at this rate I'm still going to be able to harvest some pretty buds from this old girl. Now it's just a personal mission to find out what's eating her, or what she's not eating..

Hey Ruiner I am having the exact same problem over here but I am not running RO water, check out my sick thread here!!! --> https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/355182-little-help-cal-magnesium-defic.html Have you fixed your problem at all??
I'm running a combo of ro water and stinky well water. I haven't completely corrected my plants issue either, but it looks like what's missing might be patients. I skimmed your thread and it sounded like quite a magical receipt of dirt you used, i'll come over to your thread to talk....

Victhaog, I tried the cal-mag about 4 days ago, so I should be seeing something in the next few days if it's going to have any huge impact or not. I'm still concerned to a degree because something is wrong, but my new growth looks good enough to eat off the stem though so I'm not loosing sleep, or am I?...

I wish there was a way to be able to tell, I'll experiment, but I doubt I'll ever know exactly what the deal was with this girl. 7ish weeks and counting!
