Defoliate? Flower day 8

Things getting bushy as helll block hella growth fed up of trying to tuck every day I believe she's going to need a little defoliate?

Personally, I defoliate as needed, every week im usually pulling a couple leaves here n there, the most important thing is not too remove too much, or remove too much too quickly. Maybe pluck a couple today, then maybe a few more in a couple days. It's really up to you. I've done side by side comparisons with plants that were defo'd against ones that weren't touched. Didn't make too much of a difference either way, but I'd imagine if it gets pretty jungly in there, your risk of mold raises...as the airflow thru the branches decreases.
