Defoliate

I started heavy fan leaf defoliating at 4-5 weeks, only big fan leafs with no sugar on them. On really healthy plants in my opinion. Curious on thoughts. No ass jackass comments please but constructive criticism is appreciated

Whatsup guys so i have a quick question im a noob at this its my secund grow. My question is do i have to defoliate or are my girls looking Good is defoliation a must or can i just let them grow... swiched to 12-12 9 days ago Bless
