DEFOLIATED TOO MUCH

First time defoliating heavy, I got carried away and pulled wrong leaves improperly.
Have I ruined my harvest ?

selective pruning can be very beneficial, try just removing the leaves that cover any budding sites or leaves that are growing towards the inside of the plant not allowing light penetration. Even when I lollipop and I go all the way to the top node before flower I still leave most of the leaves intact just removing the budding sites of lower nodes all the way to the top. Your plants need their leaves, so make sure their is a good reason for removing.

My next trip into flower I definitely am keeping leaves
What do you think?
Should I toss these plants and throw new ones in to start flowering ?

Definitely no reason to be throwing them. I'm on my my first grow too but they are looking good. It's always a bit nerve wracking doing stuff like this for the first time. I was probably a little over cautious.

They were so big and healthy, and not that they aren’t healthy now, I just took too many leaves and ruined some potential bud sites

they’re still very happy
