Deformed flowers?

I have been working on this for six month now, I posted a while back and actually already process 2 crops since then however both have been very unsatisfactory. Once we see the preflowers beginning to form we have been throwing them into the 12/12 cycle at about 5 ft tall, they take about 10 days to begin to change and the flowers start developing however they don't seem to fill out buds.

The first lot we left flowering for nearly 2 months before we had issues with root rot and had to harvest crappy stringy buds. The second lot we had a hermie or 2 and similar results.

More recently we changed everything, had a friend come in and set up the same flood and drain system he has in his house, we have a tent for growing and a room for flowering.

I follow all the instructions to the letter when it comes to nuts and take recommendations from experienced friends but again this crop seems to be doing the same thing. They seem to be developing strange flowers and no real buds again.

I use elemental brand nuts, have 1x 1000 watt HPS and a 600HPS on the flowering, and a 600 on the grow. I check and change the PH every day allowing it to cycle from 5.4 up to 6.2 before knocking it back down. I only add nuts as they eat them and try to keep it around 1100 ppm on flowering and 1300 on grow.

As well as usual part A and B solution, different solutions for different stages, we use sensa spray, shooting powder and monster bud during flowering.

Cannazyn during growth.

What could be going wrong? I will post images tomorrow, i have been looking around for ages to see if i can find problems similar to mine I am sure someone must have experienced this before.

Is it possible that I just have bad seeds? these were bag seeds, since then I have imported some more and these new plants look 10 times healthier and better growing. We also put some in the garden (the bag seeds) and they kicked off, maybe they are outdoor only seeds? Is that possible?

I am not sure, but so far it has just been very expensive power bills, a lot of investment and nothing to talk about smokeable, the original buds were so bad I didn't even want to share them. I just used my bubble hash bags and got something like 5 grams out from material from 6 whole plants.

You should definitely order seeds from a reputable breeder- genetics are paramount. Sounds like you have an expensive set-up. Don't cheap up using unknown bag seeds.

i would say either gentics, temps, or maybe u have your lights to far away.if your plants are 5 ft tall and just starting to show pre flowers it sounds like they're stretched, but with bag seed it could be genetics u never know.throw some pics up and someone will be able to help you out better than i,still a noob myself. good luck/keep em green

.
Your temps are too high causing stringy stretched out buds that wiegh next to nothing. The most important issues for indoor growing are temps and rh.You must have temps at 75-80 to achieve tight fat hard nuggets and rh 40-60 to avoid mold in those buds at all times. Everything else sounds good, try again as most growers fuck up the first couple grows. Also make sure you are using h2O2 at min 17.5% grade every 4 days in res or you will continue to get root browning.

Here is an update, they actually have changed significantly since the first post. They still looks strange tho. The temperature is actually kind of cold, rarely hot.

Here are some pics.

This is the northern lights, not bag seed

Again here, looks like nut burn, she has her own tent with some seedlings up and coming lower down. Not sharing the same nuts.

This is the main area, no tent yet. The flowers look strange, they look better than they did but do they clearly look like they are budding or are they flowering for some reason?

Maybe its just really slow. The nuts and ph are kept perfectly balanced as far as I can tell. Let me know if you think they are ok?

I had the seedling feeding at 3 times a day, for 10 minute periods dripping one drop every 3 seconds, some of them dried out. They were under a 600 on their own tray next to my growing NL...

Also with the NL in images 1 and 2 they seem to have started budding in the tent despite them having 20 hours of grow light per day... Will this be bad for them if I keep them under 18 they look like they want to bud, or can I get more growth out of it. It is approx 6 weeks old.

Well I accidently killed my seedling, I think they got to dry. Went white and died, 3 out of 6 look totally fked anyway. Definately one can be salvaged, I don't know about the other 2.

Anyway please have a look at my plants and tell me if you can see anything wrong with the buds.

And is that nutrient burn on the last image there?
