deformed leaves, black oily spots

Hey guys I've got a grape ape here in the ground with some ocean forest soil. Clone is only 12-18 inches right now.

Two problems:
1. The new leaf growth off the main stem comes out deformed and scrunched together sorta.

2. Small oily black drops are all over the leaves of this plant and are on most other plants leaves here and there..what is it?

You had a few bug visitors munch on your leaves it look like. Peace

It's happened to several new nodes now. It's strange.

I think it's a combination of bugs chewing and the orange could be too. Could also be mites, have you checked the bottom of your leaves? Either way get some miticide and insecticide and see if that helps.
