Deformed leaves

So Im back again with an issue I haven't been able to find the cause or solution for.

Two ladies both CBD shark shock have heavily deformed leaves.

Help, suggestions?

Ph or rh problems and maybe a little heat stress

Almost looks like it could be a genetic thing.

More info would help like what are they growing in? Lights, RH, temps, kind of water you are using and what's in it?

Even Sherlock needed a few clues.

First up love the profile pic!

Should have given more information.

Am using potting soil with BioBizz Grow at recommended 2ml per litre. PH at feeding (every three days) is 6.2 and run off is 5.9. Using a 150W 6400k CFL as they are seedlings. Am using tap water starting at 8.3 which I PH down to 6.2 after adding the nutes. Light 18/6 starting at 3am.

My RH is all over the place as its difficult to control here, temps seem to be within the margins. That said I am an old hand at outdoor but a total noob at indoor.
