Deformed royal dwarf

Hi, this royal dwarf was planted on the 1st of Jan, seed in top of soil, on top of empathy root grow, she came out of seed with 2 burned tips, it's got this deformed 1st leaf. 3gl fabric, compost, Coco and perlite mix, may have been more Coco than compost and I forgot to dampen it all through at the beginning, is it worth carrying on with this?, Caravan cupboard off-grid build, bava qb 120w 4000k, 2700k,red,far red and uv.

I only get to use full wattage in the evening when I top up batteries with generator, normally she's on 18/6 35 to 50watts depending on wind or sun charge.

Hope you grew it out. Both of my royal dwarf have been deformed but are growing out of it (for the most part).This is my first auto grow and all 6 of my autos have a deformity
