Dehumidifier help!

Any ideas on how to set humidity level on toshiba 30 pint dehum. I try setting it to 45% RH and I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. Keeps giving me different numbers.
 
You can't trust the hygrometer in the dehumidifier. Never can. Just set it where it needs to be to satisfy a reliable hygrometer in the grow space.
