Dehumidifier

Hi guys. Just bought an Electriq CD10L dehuey for my 4x4x7 tent.

There's no room in the tent so i placed it outside ny the intake fan but my average RH has only dropped about 10% or so in the last 24hrs (from about 77% to 67%).

Is it the way i have it setup thats making it ineffective? I saw an article online that said this is a perfectly fine way of doing it. The average RH in my region is about 93% atm!

That simple? Thanks guys thats a relief! I've moved it closer and I'l check the humidity tomorrow hopefully it'll be somewhere around 50%. Peace!!

how big is the room it is sitting in? It doesn't look new. Have you taken it to a smaller room and seen if it does any good? Or it just may be too small for that room. Try the moving it closer like they mentioned and let us know. Other thing is try to hang it from the ceiling of the tent or build a shelf style deal for it to sit up on.
