deleting?

As of lately I noticed that some amusing post were deleted on my grow threads. Dumb asses trying to play know it all and get shut down. Two times in different thread journals I went to quote their stupidity to paste it somewhere else and both times it had been deleted. Mined you they had been there for days before. So what gives? We can delete a comment when ever now? Is this a New option

A mod saw the drama, and cleaned it up. Unless the "dumb asses" requested the posts to be removed (unlikely).

That was my thinking. But It was relatively mild. Lots worse had been said on here so my guess is they didn't want others to see so they cried. Mommy please remove my post an tell the bad man to quit touching me.@Rob333 and @Oregon Grower .
They may have deleted them, them selves. But. I thought you only had 24 hours to do it. I know there's a time zone thing but I know these guys are not 12 hours different or I could be wrong

I think it's 12 hours you have to edit/delete a post you've made, if any alterations to content have been made after that - it was because a mod didn't like the drama, or someone requested it be taken down. Idk. I try not to troll grow journals. I usually stick to the newbie and politics section...

from my understanding, mods can't be everywhere at once so if the posts were up then deleted, it could mean the mods were just getting around to seeing it.
