I've given up on the Organic approach to spider mite infestations, as mine got waaay out of hand (got the insecticide late and didn't use it properly etc.) and so I've now used the following solution:
Deltamethrin 2.5% EC
I choose this, because I couldn't find any other chemical insecticide here locally (and they haven't got organic insecticide either, though I succeeded in getting Lavender and Rosemary Oil).
I use a shirt wound around my lower face, along with a motorcycle helmet with a visor and my glasses. Long sleeved shirt and long pants with long rubber gloves.
Then I mixed about half a liter water with something like 10-15ml of this solution and it went white and foamy.
I'll spray the inside plants later, with a more diluted concoction of about half.
I leave it all on the balcony over night.
Tomorrow, shower the plants and move them back and clean up outside...
I sincerely hope this will be the end to my mite infestation.
If anyone knows how much to dilute this stuff or in general how to use it (my manual is in gibberish), feel free to enlighten me . . .
