Design my grow room for me 12x6 for max yield

Hi all at roll it up

1/ I have a room that is 12' length x 6' width x 10' height with a window which would be sealed, as i want a closed room.

2/ From all the people on forum how would you design this room?

• what lights would you run wattage etc?
• how would you deal with heat?
• what materials would you seal the window and cover the walls with?
• what grow style FLAT or STADIUM (step effect)?
• how would you maximize yield?
• what would be the best yield you could possibly achieve from a room this size?
• would you do hydro or soil?
• what methods would you use to go for PERPETUAL CYCLE (EVERY 4 weeks harvest)?

• what could you yield from a PERPETUAL EVERY 4 WEEKS?

• I know it depends on a lot of variables to achieve maximum results but all i want is people to post up similar room sizes and what grow style and yield they get from a room this size.

There would be many factors but this is what I would do, if you have the money. I personally would not run perpetual, I do not prefer this method, if you have problems then it is hard to get rid of them sometimes if your doing pertetual in the same room, unless you split the rooms. with a room that small I would just run full cycles.

lights would you run wattage etc? Depends on how much you want to yield and how well you can control the heat. I would do 6x1k

How would you deal with heat? Intake, exhaust, vented hoods, and ac.
what materials would you seal the window and cover the walls with? Leave window open and use plywood to cover window so you can use the window as an exhaust. Blow a hole through the wood and build an exhaust.
what grow style FLAT or STADIUM (step effect)? I prefer flat
how would you maximize yield?many factors, I was always taught to grow is 3 parts:33% lights,33% nutes,33% co2
what would be the best yield you could possibly achieve from a room this size?the best is hard to tell and get,

Again these are only my opinions and everyone does things differently and would suggest differently. There are many ways of doing things. If this is your first time growing I would probably start with something smaller and work your way up. I've always found that its easier on a small scale then going big

I should set up a SOG (20 plants per lamp) with 5 x 600 watt HPS bulbs, 1500m3 air outlet with 1500m3 carbon filter and 750m3 inlet. You should connect the outlet to your window somehow to get rid of the warm air. You can use mylar for reflection. Soil or hydro is your own choice but i use soil most of the time. You can yield up to 90 ounces per harvest if the circumstances are allright.

Build a divider wall and put a dual zone mini split AC (24K btu flower and 12K btu veg) in that room with 4,000 watts for flower and 2,000 watts for veg. So a total of 6 1000 watt fixtures. With this setup, you will harvest 2 lights per month, for a total of 4 lbs per month. Always clone off of your vegging plants, so you don't need to keep mother plants.

Do some research and make that room your personal factory.
