Ok, and welcome to the forum. Sorry, it is Thanksgiving. Let's see, $1000.00 and a 10 x 10 room. I'll make a suggestion. If this is your first trip on the growing bus, take the short trip first. Go get the book, Marijuana Buds For Less, by SeeMoreBuds. The author shows with pictures for everyday of the plants life, how he grew 8 oz of bud for less than $100.00. The book is $16.95. Follow the instructions and get set up to start. Go with 6-8 seedling, instead of the one seed and 2 clones he uses in the book. Now, once we have that going, lets start planning the physical plant for the room.
Air handling, plumbing and electric will all have to be addressed to set up that room properly. $1000.00 will get you there with some left over to get some flowering lights and some type of hydro, its not enough to do the whole job right. And if you start simple, you will at least be getting something out of it so you will have more to put in. If we can spend a month getting that set up while the seeds you started are doing there growing thing, we should have you ready to take clones at the end of the month. Clones don't take up much room, I can put 24 in a 1' by 2' tray and light them with a 2' floro if necessary.
If you think this is good advice so far let me know and I'll continue. If you know I'm full of shit and can't help, just ignore it. VV

i was trying to study this and saw ths,

SUPERthrive is the name of a product marketed and sold as a growth enhancer for plants. It is labelled as having "50 vitamins-hormones in one". Packaged in bright colores and dramatic wording, it is treated with considerable suspicion by many people, but also has many adherents, including professional horticulturists, greenhouses, and, according to its packaging, "US Departments of Agriculture, Army, Navy, States, cities, counties, universities".
The company proclaims that this product provides something vaguely described as "extra life" to plants, flowers, seedlings, fruit, bulbs, seeds, lawns, et cetera. It is used extensively as a treatment for dying plants, with many claims that, whether it works otherwise, it does help plants recover, and cuttings grow roots.
The way it supposedly works is very unclear, the packaging claiming "SUPERthrive saves plants from waiting to make many life-process complexes, carbon-hydrogen-oxygen groups", something that could be reasonably said of water. It most emphatically denies being "fertilizer", saying it should simply be added to the normal fertilization or watering regimen.
The product does not have a clear ingredient list, but apparently contains B-vitamins (controversial, because most plants can produce this on their own, not even needing it in their soil), and also a form of auxin, plant growth regulator that may be beneficial in trace amounts. Legitimate commercial prepartions sold for root cuttings contain auxins, especially indole-3-acetic acid, the ratio of that hormone to others controlling whether a plant focuses on foliar or root growth

you think its true?n wikipidia

sounds like a good idea so far!
In the book, the author has put pictures for every day, and a list of what he used. Remember his harvest, shown hanging on day 69 (freudian slip) ends up @8oz, three plants, 8-42 watt cfl's. As you build the room and add equipment, you can use those cfl's for cloning, side lighting etc. so none of that investment will be wasted. We will need to take pictures or draw diagrams of the room layout including doors and walls, Access to the main electric panel. floor drains, plumbing access (before any water softners) will be important for design. Ceiling and wall material only matter to the installer, I am assuming that will be you. We also want to establish three point for exiting warm moist air, that will be hidden or at least not 'stick out'. We may not use them all, planning can help us avoid having to re-do the way that damn VV does all the f$%^&* time.
If you are not familiar with electric work, like wiring a plug, the tutorial in Marijuana Buds For Less shows you how.
If you don't know how to install a breaker in your main electric panel you will need an electrician OR a book that tells you how. I used Wiring Simplified . I bought mine at Home Depot, I am sure others have it as well. The full price is $10.95. I installed all of my wiring, including the 200amp electric main panels you can see in the last sets of pictures in my journal. It's worth the money.
Plumbing can be as simple as a hose. A drain is nice, and a water proof, spill proof floor is a big plus. With the available fittings all you really need to be able to do is cut plastic pipe and snap it together. If you make a mistake, or decide to change something, you can unsnap it. If you can build Filthy Fletchs 30 MInute Aero build, you can do all of the plumbing that is neccessary.
Air handling work fine with flexible duct, we just need to lay it out, install the necessary fans as needed, and as the budget allows.
It might sound like a lot of work, and it is, proper planning can save us much time and effort. Here is a first goal recommendation. 90 days from the time you have your first simple set up with the six seedling, we will want to have, three female plants ready to harvest, 6 clones within 30 days of harvest and 12 clones ready to go into flowering. We know we can do this for less than $300. If we have invested more than that it is in things that are directed towards putting the entire space into use. To put it a little more in perspective, we will be expecting harvest of 8oz, 16 oz and 32 oz in about six months. VV
