Determining sex?

I usually can tell sex of the plants during veg, I veg 24/0 under t-5 fluros. Im having a hard time determining the sex of some of my plants at this time. I cant put them under 18/6 with a timer yet, could i put them under 12/12 then put them back to 24/0 for more vegging and be ok??

how long u been vegging? its best to keep them where they are as not to confuse them and extend grow time. most plants will show pistils within 4-6 weeks.

no, no good. why 24 light? waste of money. get a 12 buck timer. only 18 hrs. please. You[re plants told me they need some down time. Go outside and see if nature ever gives plants 24 sun?
